Rates and delivery times
Conditions depend on the delivery country: select yours to see the rates and delivery times that apply.
Delivery times are counted from dispatch and do not include preparation days. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout on the order total. For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes may apply according to local regulations.

Order preparation
Orders confirmed before 12:00 on a working day leave the same day; after 12:00 they leave the next working day. In any case the order is dispatched within 2 working days of purchase confirmation. Shipments leave Monday to Friday: weekend and public holiday orders are handled on the first available working day.
Tracking your shipment
When the parcel leaves you receive a confirmation email with the courier tracking number, so you can follow the delivery in real time.
Delivery and parcel check
On delivery, always check that the parcel is intact before signing. If the packaging is damaged or has been tampered with, sign with reservation or refuse the delivery, and let us know immediately at info@oppostiboutique.com.
Delivery address
Please enter a complete and correct address together with a valid phone number: the courier may need it for the delivery. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided at the time of the order.
When shipping is free
Shipping is free for orders above €250 in Italy and above €300 within the European Union. Within the European Union, from €150 the cost drops to €9.90. The threshold is calculated on the order total and applied automatically at checkout.
Duties and taxes outside the European Union
For destinations outside the European Union — such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, Japan and the other countries available at checkout — customs duties and taxes may apply according to local regulations. They are payable by the recipient and are collected by the courier on delivery.
